The short version

Some links on Clearly Glowing are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, I may earn a small commission. The price you pay is the same either way — sometimes affiliate links even come with a discount.

I started this site because I spent years frustrated with my own skin and finally figured out what actually works. The affiliate commissions help keep the content free and the site running. That’s the whole story.

What I recommend and why

I only write about products I’ve genuinely researched. A lot of them I’ve used myself — and when I haven’t, I say so. I’ve tried plenty of things that didn’t work, and those don’t make it onto the site just because someone offers a commission.

I’ve been dealing with acne for over two decades. I’m not going to recommend something I wouldn’t use on my own face.

Amazon Associates

Many posts on this site include Amazon affiliate links. I’m a participant in the Amazon Associates program, which means I earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through those links.

ClearlyGlowing.com is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.

FTC disclosure

This page exists to comply with the Federal Trade Commission’s guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 CFR Part 255). Affiliate links are also disclosed inline on each post where they appear.
