Who we are
Our website is ClearlyGlowing.com. We don’t sell, rent, or trade email lists. That’s not something we’d do, and it’s not something we plan to start doing.
Below you’ll find the specifics: what we collect, why we collect it, when we might share it, and how you can ask us to delete it.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep the site working as expected. They store basic session information so you’re not starting from scratch every time you visit. You can clear them from your browser settings at any time.
Google services
We use Google Analytics and Google Search Console (both via Google’s Site Kit plugin) to understand how people find and use the site — things like which pages get the most traffic and how visitors move through the content. The data is aggregated and anonymous. We don’t allow Google to identify individual visitors, and we don’t try to do that ourselves.

Website comments
Some pages allow comments. When you leave one, we store the name, email address, and website URL you provide so we can display your comment. You’re welcome to use an alias. We don’t verify the information you submit.
Third-party services
We use a small number of third-party services to run the site. Here’s what each one does and why it may handle your data:
- Amazon Associates
- Many posts include Amazon affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, Amazon tracks that through a referral tag. Amazon’s data practices are governed by their own privacy policy. We earn a small commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you.
- Kraken.io
- We use Kraken to compress images before they’re published. Images are sent to Kraken’s servers for processing and then returned. No personal visitor data is involved.
Beyond these, your IP address, approximate location, and browser details may be shared with hosting and infrastructure services we rely on to keep the site running. We only share what’s necessary.
Embedded content from other websites
Some articles include embedded content — videos, images, or posts from other platforms. That content loads directly from those third-party sites, so visiting a page with an embed is effectively the same as visiting that site yourself.
Those platforms have their own tracking and cookies. If you’re logged into YouTube, Instagram, or any other service when you visit a page that embeds their content, they may record your interaction with it.
How long we keep your data
We keep basic server logs for as long as needed for security and site administration. We don’t hold onto personal information beyond what’s necessary to run the site.
